Juliana Miu is a seasoned investment professional specializing in commercial real estate and multiplex investment strategies across multiple Canadian provinces. She began her career in finance and investments in Hong Kong after graduating from the University of British Columbia in the 1990s, where she spent over a decade as an independent financial advisor serving high-net-worth clients.

In 2020, Juliana returned to Vancouver during the COVID-19 pandemic and re-entered a real estate market that had evolved significantly. Recognizing the opportunity to bridge financial analysis with real asset investing, she obtained her real estate license and now focuses on asset valuation, deal structuring, and investment due diligence.

As Vice President of Investor Management at JULY Investments, Juliana works closely with investors to identify, evaluate, and execute commercial and multiplex acquisitions, including interprovincial opportunities. She leverages an extensive network built in both Canada and overseas to source opportunities and facilitate efficient, well-structured transactions.

Juliana’s strength lies in combining deep financial acumen, disciplined valuation methodology, and a global perspective, enabling investors to make informed decisions in Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and select markets across Canada.
