McKay Wood

McKay comes with a colourful past having lived and worked in many countries doing humanitarian work and business he has come full circle and has found his calling with helping people achieve wealth through real estate.

As a seasoned mortgage broker, his passion led him to with newcomer of the year award in 2017 across Canada and since then he has closed over 1/2 billion in mortgages and earned many accolades and awards from the industry.  He is most known for the countless reviews of fun and exciting experiences while financing his clients homes. You'll often hear 'mortgage Monk' or 'bowtie Broker' or 'making mortgages fun' as he goes about finding the best options.

Last year alone he placed mortgages with 27 lenders which is a testament to him always finding the best. He works with a solid team which makes this experience efficient and easy.

He is also a director of a broker led charity called 'Brokers Who Care' giving back to the local community.
