Delta

Delta spreads across the region's southwest corner, combining seaside living, historic villages and some of the province's most productive farmland.

Tsawwassen offers an oceanfront lifestyle with beaches, Boundary Bay and newer master planned neighbourhoods, along with ferry connections to Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. Ladner keeps a heritage village atmosphere at the edge of the Fraser estuary, popular with boaters and birdwatchers.

North Delta, closer to Surrey, is a more suburban, family oriented community with established neighbourhoods and easy highway access.

The open skies, farmland and shoreline give Delta a quieter, more rural feel than much of Metro Vancouver, while still keeping the region within reach.
