Grandview Woodland

Grandview Woodland is a spirited, affordable enclave that takes in the iconic Commercial Drive and the greenery around Trout Lake. Getting around

The Commercial-Broadway station is one of the busiest transit hubs in the city, linking the Expo and Millennium SkyTrain lines with frequent bus routes. That makes downtown, Burnaby and the rest of the region remarkably easy to reach.

Schools & family

Public schools serve the neighbourhood well, and Trout Lake with its community centre and John Hendry Park gives families a natural gathering place. The area balances urban energy with plenty of room to roam.
