The Neighbourhood
Black Mountain, known to local First Nations as Ntity'ix, anchors Kelowna's newest hillside growth on the city's eastern edge, with golf course communities and newer homes replacing what was until recently open range and grassland. To the north, McKinley Landing offers a smaller, more secluded lakeside community along Highway 97 toward Vernon, with beach access and forested hillside lots.
