Brookswood / Fernridge

Brookswood and Fernridge cover southwest Langley Township with some of the area's largest residential lots, many still shaded by the tall second-growth forest the area is named for. It has long appealed to buyers who want space, privacy and room for a garden or workshop without leaving the Lower Mainland entirely behind, and pockets of new development are gradually adding density along the main corridors.

Getting around

208 Street and 32 Avenue are the main routes through the area, with a short drive connecting to Highway 99 and the US border crossing at Aldergrove.

Brookswood Secondary and several elementary schools serve the area's long-standing family population.
