The Neighbourhood
Fort Langley is where British Columbia was proclaimed a colony in 1858, and the National Historic Site at its centre still draws visitors from across the country. The surrounding village keeps a genuinely heritage character, with antique shops, cafes and galleries lining Glover Road, and homes ranging from restored century-old houses to newer riverside developments. Its setting on the Fraser, with Bedford Channel and the Fort to Fort Trail nearby, gives it a slower, small-town pace prized by buyers willing to pay for it.
