Milner / Glen Valley

Milner and Glen Valley keep the Township's agricultural roots alive along the north side of the Fraser River, a patchwork of berry farms, hobby acreages and horse properties well outside Langley's growth corridors. Glen Valley Regional Park runs along the riverbank with trails through forest and farmland, and the pace here stays deliberately rural even as development advances a few kilometres south.

Getting around

Glover Road and the Trans-Canada Highway connect the area to Fort Langley and the rest of Langley, though a car is essential for this rural stretch.

Schools & family

A small local elementary school serves the immediate area, with older students bused into Fort Langley or Langley City.

Shopping & lifestyle

Everyday shopping means a short drive into Fort Langley village or Willoughby, as the area itself remains agricultural.
