Willoughby, often called Willoughby Heights, has grown from farmland into one of Metro Vancouver's busiest construction zones over the past fifteen years, with townhomes, mid-rise condos and new schools appearing block by block. Its location between Langley City and Highway 1 has made it the natural landing spot for buyers priced out of Surrey and Vancouver, and the coming Surrey Langley SkyTrain extension is set to run straight through the area.

Getting around: The Carvolth Exchange bus loop and Highway 1 give quick access across the region, and the Fraser Highway SkyTrain extension is planned to reach Willoughby later this decade.
