Silver Valley

Silver Valley is Maple Ridge's newest planned community, climbing the forested hillside toward Golden Ears Provincial Park in the district's northeast corner. Purpose-built trails, new schools and a steady supply of newer detached homes and townhomes have made it a magnet for young families, with the mountains and park trailheads practically at the door.

232 Street and Silver Valley Road connect the community to the rest of Maple Ridge and the Lougheed Highway, with a car essential for this hillside area.
