West Heights

West Heights climbs the slope above downtown Mission, its streets of established and newer homes looking out over the Fraser River and the valley toward Abbotsford. The hillside setting, close to Westminster Abbey, gives the neighbourhood some of the best views in the city without a long commute to downtown.

Getting around

Cedar Street and Stave Lake Street connect West Heights down to downtown Mission and the Lougheed Highway within a few minutes.

Schools & family

West Heights' elementary school serves the neighbourhood directly, with secondary students continuing on at Mission's central high school.

Downtown Mission's shops and services sit just down the hill, a short drive or walk for most residents.
