Square One / City Centre

City Centre has grown up around Square One Shopping Centre, one of Canada's largest malls, into Mississauga's genuine downtown, complete with a skyline of condo towers, the Living Arts Centre and Sheridan College's downtown campus. The Absolute World towers, nicknamed the Marilyn Monroe towers for their curved balconies, have become the district's signature image.

Getting around

MiWay's Mississauga Transitway and the GO bus terminal serve City Centre directly, with Highway 403 and the 401 both close by for drivers.

Schools & family

Sheridan College's Hazel McCallion campus anchors post secondary education downtown, alongside public schools serving the growing residential population.
