Sullivan Station has grown quickly over the past two decades into one of Surrey's more popular family destinations, filling the gap between Newton and Cloverdale along 152 Street and 64 Avenue. Newer townhome complexes sit alongside detached subdivisions built from the 1990s onward, and the area keeps a slightly quieter, more suburban feel than the busier town centres nearby.
