Victoria's oldest neighbourhood, wrapped by the ocean

James Bay grew up just south of the Inner Harbour as Victoria's first residential neighbourhood, and it still holds some of the city's oldest homes alongside a growing number of condos near the water. Beacon Hill Park's oceanfront trails and the Ogden Point breakwater give the neighbourhood a genuinely coastal feel just steps from downtown.
