Surrey's newest growth corridor near Langley

Clayton, taking in East Clayton and Clayton Heights, is one of the newest and fastest-growing parts of Surrey, developed from the 2000s onward on the border with Langley Township. Dense rows of townhomes and narrow-lot single family homes were built to a walkable, grid-based plan, a deliberate departure from the cul-de-sac subdivisions of older Surrey neighbourhoods. Young families and first-time buyers have driven much of the demand here.
