Family neighbourhoods along the Fraser Highway

Fleetwood grew up along the Fraser Highway as one of Surrey's steady, family-oriented communities, with a mix of older detached homes, newer townhomes and a compact town centre. It has flown a little under the radar compared with its neighbours, which has kept prices relatively grounded, but that is changing as the Fraser Highway corridor prepares for rapid transit. Green space at Fleetwood Park and the surrounding trails add to its appeal.
